PAYMENT We can accept sterling payments either by personal cheque (allowing sufficient time for clearance and postage) or by bank transfer. We also accept French Euro personal cheques. Euro cheques originating from other countries will incur fees. Sorry we are unable to accept credit cards.
HOW TO BOOK To book or to make an enquiry please telephone, email or write. We will then contact you as soon as possible to answer your enquiry or to confirm your booking.
Please note that once we have contacted you to confirm availability we will require confirmation from you and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday costs to secure your booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should your arrival date be within 8 weeks, the total amount will be payable immediately.
Please let us know of any significant delays or changes to your travel plans. We have a no smoking policy in the bedrooms and we regret we cannot accept pets.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES We would normally expect guests to arrive from 1600hrs onwards, and request that rooms are vacated by 1000hrs. Please let us know of any significant delays or changes to your arrival time.
